AAA Trailers Pty Ltd has been convicted and fined $225,000 in the Industrial Court of NSW following a SafeWork NSW prosecution over a worker’s serious injuries.

The incident occurred on 7 September 2023. A worker was underneath a trailer when a 350kg axle fell on him, causing serious injuries.
