WorkSafe investigates woman's death at racing stables

The woman is believed to have been getting a horse ready for track work.

She was found unresponsive with injuries consistent with a kick.

Her death brings the confirmed workplace fatality count for 2025 to 29, compared with 27 work-related deaths at the same point last year.
