Applications open for Queensland work-related fatalities committee

The Office of Industrial Relations is seeking members for the next term of the Consultative Committee for Work-Related Fatalities and Serious Incidents. Applications close on Friday 6 December 2024.
People directly affected by a work-related death or serious injury are invited to consider applying to join the committee and contribute to how government responds to those impacted.
The committee helps keep the needs of families and seriously injured workers central to the government’s response to people affected by work-related incidents.
Members advise on the information and support that affected people need and make recommendations in these areas.
The invitation extends to people from all backgrounds across Queensland, including those from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds.
