New report examines workplace violence and aggression in Australia

04 Sept 2024•BlueSafe Team•Source: Safe Work Australia

Safe Work Australia has released a report examining the prevalence, causes and impacts of violence and aggression in Australian workplaces.

The publication follows the agency’s recent Psychological health and safety in the workplace data report, which identified a concerning rise in workplace violence and aggression.

The new report draws on ABS and People at Work survey data, alongside insights from other sources, to examine that trend in more detail.

Its findings can help persons conducting a business or undertaking (PCBUs) and workers understand and manage workplace violence and aggression risks. The report is available on the Our Data. Your Stories website.
