WorkCover Queensland is inviting medical and allied health professionals to tender for a new panel providing services to injured workers across Queensland.
The Medical and Allied Health Advisory Services (MAHS) panel is due to begin on 1 July. WorkCover intends to establish a multi-year Standing Offer Arrangement through the new panel.
The MAHS panel will replace the Independent Medical Examination (IME) and Medical and Allied Health Advisory (MAHP) panels. Both existing panels expire on 30 June 2025.
Applications are being sought through an open tender on VendorPanel, the Queensland Government’s new procurement platform. Providers already on the IME and MAHP panels must submit a new application to be considered for the MAHS panel.
Tender offers must be submitted by 2pm Australian Eastern Standard Time on 22 April 2025. Full application details, key dates and selection criteria are available on the tender webpage.
The Queensland Government has moved its tender advertising platform from QTenders to VendorPanel. Public tenders will still be advertised on QTenders, but businesses need to register free with VendorPanel to access tender documents and submit responses. A video is available explaining how to register or update a supplier profile.
