WorkCover Queensland is launching a comprehensive review of its Medical Table of Costs for 2025–2026. Associations, providers and key stakeholders have until Monday, 20 October 2025 to submit feedback.

The review will examine the current structure and fees in the Medical Table of Costs, along with future arrangements across service types. Its aim is to keep fees fair, transparent and aligned with service delivery objectives.

Input from stakeholders and individual providers will help shape WorkCover’s future delivery approach. Feedback can be submitted through the online form’s ‘Comments’ field, which has a 2,000-character limit, or by uploading a file.

WorkCover will use the feedback internally to inform decisions about the annual Medical Table of Costs review. Submissions will not be published publicly, and any personal information collected will be handled in accordance with the Information Privacy Act 2009.

Providers will receive updates as the review progresses through emails and website notices. WorkCover will also proactively engage with relevant stakeholder groups.

The current Medical Table of Costs can be accessed through WorkCover’s Fees page. Providers can also register online to receive email notifications when fees change.
