Consultation opens on draft code for managing workplace fatigue

Safe Work Australia has opened public consultation on a draft model Code of Practice to guide PCBUs in managing fatigue risks at work. Submissions close at 11:59pm on 27 November 2024.
The draft was developed with support from Safe Work Australia Members and other safety regulators.
Safe Work Australia is seeking a broad range of views to help refine the draft model Code.
Submissions are welcome from duty holders, regulators, government agencies, unions, workers, legal professionals, researchers, members of the public and other interested parties.
