  • Loss of GNSS, RTK, control signal, route data or telemetry is not managed, resulting in fly-away, collision, spraying outside the planned area or unplanned landing.

  • Lithium battery damage, overheating, incorrect charging, poor storage or unsuitable field charging results in thermal runaway, fire, burns or toxic smoke exposure.
  • Generator, inverter, leads or charging equipment is damaged, overloaded, poorly earthed or exposed to weather, causing electric shock, fire or loss of critical aircraft support.
  • Battery changeovers and charging occur near chemicals, fuel, dry vegetation, ignition sources or occupied areas.
Emergency Preparedness
  • Workers are unable to respond effectively to chemical exposure, spill, battery fire, aircraft crash, collision, loss of control or unplanned landing.
  • Remote sites have inadequate communications, first aid, wash facilities, emergency contacts, site access information or rescue arrangements.
  • Emergency actions are not coordinated, leading to secondary exposure, uncontrolled public access, environmental contamination or delayed medical treatment.
