The Office of Industrial Relations is welcoming applications for membership to the new cycle of the Consultative Committee for Work-Related Fatalities and Serious Incidents. The committee plays an invaluable role in prioritising the requirements of families and individuals profoundly affected by workplace incidents and formulating government responses accordingly.
Armed with key work safety tools like WHS management systems and SWMS policies, you can become a central figure on the Consultative Committee. Your responsibilities would be to provide critical advice and recommendations concerning the information and support needs of those impacted.
We heartily encourage you to consider applying if you’d like to be part of groundbreaking initiatives that aim at improving the ways in which the government responds to families and individuals affected by severe workplace accidents or fatalities.
