Safe Work Australia updates WHS prosecutions dashboard

Safe Work Australia has refreshed its WHS prosecutions dashboard with the latest publicly available data from 2023.
The updated dashboard is available through Safe Work Australia’s interactive data website, Our Data. Your Stories.
It brings together available information from across Australia on criminal prosecutions involving breaches of WHS laws or regulations from 1 January 2020 onwards.
The dashboard was developed in response to the 2018 Senate inquiry report, They never came home – the framework surrounding the prevention, investigation and prosecution of industrial deaths in Australia. The data is intended to inform decisions aimed at improving WHS outcomes.
Further updates to the prosecutions dashboard will be published each year.
